REGULAMIN OBIEKTU

 • Cisza nocna: Obowiązuje od godziny 22:00.

 • Doba hotelowa: Wymeldowanie następuje do godziny 10:00.

• Płatności: Należność za pobyt oraz kaucja 1000 PLN pobierane
są w dniu przyjazdu. Kaucja nie będzie zwrócona za złamanie regulaminu.

• Skrócenie pobytu: W
przypadku wyjazdu wcześniej niż w zarezerwowanym terminie, opłata za niewykorzystane noclegi nie
podlega zwrotowi.

• Liczba gości i wizyty: Na terenie posesji oraz wewnątrz budynku mogą przebywać wyłącznie osoby wymienione w rezerwacji.
Odwiedziny osób postronnych są zabronione i skutkuje utratą kaucji.

• Rozwiązanie umowy: Obiekt zastrzega sobie
prawo do odmowy dalszego świadczenia usług osobom naruszającym porządek lub regulamin. W takim przypadku gość może zostać poproszony o natychmiastowe opuszczenie
posesji bez zwrotu opłaty za pobyt oraz kaucji.

• Odpowiedzialność za mienie: Właściciel obiektu nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za wartościowe przedmioty oraz pieniądze pozostawione wewnątrz budynku.

• Uszkodzenia: Gość ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność finansową za wszelkie szkody, uszkodzenia lub
zniszczenia wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych powstałe z jego winy.

• Parking: Parking dla gości jest bezpłatny i niestrzeżony.

 • Obuwie zmienne: Prosimy o
korzystanie z obuwia zmiennego wewnątrz budynku.

• Sprzęt sportowy: Wnoszenie do środka sprzętu narciarskiego, rowerów itp. jest
zabronione (prosimy o korzystanie z wyznaczonego miejsca).

 • Zwierzęta: Pobyt ze zwierzętami (psy, koty i inne) jest całkowicie zabroniony. Złamanie tego punktu skutkuje całkowitą utratą kaucji.

 • Zakaz palenia: Wewnątrz całego budynku obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz palenia

HOUSE RULES

• Quiet Hours: Please
observe quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM.

 • Check-out: Departure and room handover must
be completed by 10:00 AM.

• Payments: Payment for the
entire stay and the security deposit is collected in full upon arrival.

• Early Departure: In the
event of departure earlier than the booked date, no refunds will be issued for
the remaining period.

• Guest Policy & Visits:
Only the number of people specified in the reservation are permitted on the
premises. Strictly no visitors are allowed inside the building or on the
property.

 • Conduct & Eviction: The property
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating the rules or
disturbing the peace. In such cases, guests may be required to leave
immediately without a refund of the stay or the security deposit.

• Liability for Valuables:
The property is not responsible for any valuables, jewelry, or cash left inside
the house.

• Damages: Guests are
financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment, furniture,
or technical devices caused by their fault or negligence. • Parking: Parking is
provided free of charge and is unattended.

• Indoor Footwear: To maintain cleanliness, please use indoor footwear (slippers) while inside the
building.

•Parking: Guest parking is free and unattended.

• Sports Equipment: Skis, snowboards, bicycles, and other large sports equipment are not permitted inside

the living areas.

• No Pets Policy: Pets are
strictly prohibited (including dogs, cats, and others). Violation of this rule
will result in the total loss of the security deposit.

• No Smoking: Smoking is
strictly prohibited everywhere inside the building.
